Mr. Harms is a life long resident of the Capital District and is a graduate of Voorheesville High School, Siena College and Albany Law School. He is a Realtor and a member of the Greater Capital Association of Realtors, the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service, the New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
